Hereby, we introduce our two new Hotcleat® presses! Together with our machine manufacturer, we have developed a new type of machine. With the focus on endless magnetic belts. The benefits of these machines are:

As LBS, we continuously work on sustainable development to provide the best possible service to our customers. By investing in the development of two new advanced Hotcleat® presses, we enhance our capacity to serve the market that has become increasingly dynamic. Innovative machines that allow us to contribute even better and more efficiently to the creation of our high quality conveyor belts for our customers.

expansion of
the production capacity
of conveyor belts 

With this investment, the production capacity of LBS has increased considerably. LBS now possesses a machine park containing no less than ten Hotcleat® machines. This not only provides increased capacity, but it also created flexibility in our advanced machine park. The new machines are mainly used for the creation of rubber conveyor belts within the recycling and agro industries that make use of mobile or stationary systems. With the focus on endless magnetic belts.

The machines feature advanced operating systems, process monitoring during the entire production process and enhanced pressing techniques, and they contribute to faster turnaround times. In addition, the machines are optimally built for our employees from an ergonomic point of view. ‘During the development of the machine we have paid great attention to this due to co-creation. With this investment in two new innovative Hotcleat® presses at the same time, we show our commitment to our customers and eventually their end customers.
