In the position as international account manager, you are the lynchpin between the client and our organization.

For this position, the focus is mainly on Original Equipment Manufactur and service companies. In order to perform this function well, you have affinity or experience within the technical sector to be a full discussion partner for our customers. Just as important, however, is that you have the right personal qualities to operate in our organization. The company culture is familiar, open, direct and always focused on the future of LBS Conveyor Belts BV and its clients.

What will you do?
✔️Acquiring new customers within designated countries/geographic areas;
✔️Supervising the total sales process;
✔️Maintaining customer data in the appropriate systems;
✔️60% is new business and 40% relationship management;
✔️Preparing, monitoring and adjusting annual plans for your territory;
✔️Providing monthly sales reports for your territory.


Who are you?

✔️You have an HBO working and thinking level in a technical direction;
✔️You are willing to travel with partly overnight stays (50-60%)
✔️You are comfortable with digital meetings;
✔️You have proven experience in field sales (B2B) ± 5 years and you are ready for the next step;
✔️You understand what it takes to develop, maintain and grow a customer into a key account;
✔️You are a real relationship manager and networker, you know what is going on with the customer and can switch well into this;
✔️You are accurate, structured but flexible and experience pressure as an extra motivation;
✔️You can position products and specialized customization on content;
✔️You are resolute and decisive in combination with a no-nonsense attitude;
✔️You are fluent in ABN, English and German;
✔️Knowledge of Exact Globe and Synergy is a plus.

✔️You are also thorough and decisive in combination with a no-nonsense attitude;
✔️You are fluent in ABN, English and German;
