As part of advanced G belts, this solution is specifically designed for demanding applications where durability and process reliability are essential. ## Reduced wear and improved material distribution   The G profile is developed to increase efficiency and service life of conveyor belts within the recycling processes. Its distinctive geometry reduces material loss and minimises wear on the belt surface, contributing to lower maintenance requirements across recycling conveyors. Using a unique hot vulcanisation process, the profile is fully integrated into each Probelt® base belt. This results in a robust G profile construction where profile detachment is eliminated. The system performs reliably in heavy duty recycling environments and supports continuous operation in recycling facilities.  Available in single V, double V and triple V configurations, the profile ensures an even distribution of material across the full belt width. This is particularly beneficial for recycling factory conveyor belt systems, where uneven loading often leads to premature belt wear. By preventing material from concentrating in the centre of the belt, the G profile improves load distribution and extends the overall lifetime of the recycling conveyor belt. ## Application within the conveyor belt recycling industry The G profile is widely applied on mobile and stationary installations in the conveyor belt recycling industry. It enables reliable transport of heavy, abrasive and sharp materials such as metals, stones and mixed waste streams. Thanks to the improved load distribution and reduced wear, belts equipped with the G profile achieve a longer operational lifespan.
