Jan Schaft has been with LBS for six years. He knows the company inside out, having spent much of his younger years working at LBS as an on-call employee. Jan has worked his way up to become Operations Manager, and will now take operational responsibility for the LBS site in Emmen as Plant Manager.
Eric Telgenkamp has been the commercial face of LBS for many years. He is also familiar with the company, as he completed his graduation during his time at LBS and has since been active in various commercial roles. In his new role as Commercial Manager, Eric remains responsible for marketing and sales.
Jan and Eric will work together with all colleagues to shape a bright future for LBS.
Roelof Westerbeek says that he is proud to pass the baton after 4.5 years of working with all his LBS colleagues. “It’s wonderful to see how colleagues have developed. There's nothing more amazing than watching people grow. I am confident that Jan and Eric, along with all LBS colleagues, will continue to expand the business and introduce new ideas," says Roelof Westerbeek.
Roelof Westerbeek will be moving to LBS’s parent holding company, Rema Tip Top Holding Benelux. As the Director of Sales International, he will lead the international sales growth of four industrial companies within the Benelux holding company.
