Automated Production and Hotcleat® Technology
What makes Hotwall unique is its automated production process. Using our Hotcleat® technology, the cleats are hot-vulcanized, resulting in a high-quality, stable end product.
Compared to cold-glued cleats, our hot-vulcanized cleats are twice as strong, significantly reducing the risk of detachment during use. This ensures reliability even in the most demanding applications.
Transport at angles up to 90 degrees
With our cleats, products can be transported at angles of up to 90 degrees, offering incredible flexibility in material handling. This makes it possible to move products to greater heights over relatively short distances without compromising stability or capacity.
PROBELT® Base Belts: Durability and Quality
Our base conveyor belts feature a unique structure that minimizes the impact of the production process, delivering long-lasting performance and consistent quality.
The cleats are made from high-quality compounds and integrated into every Probelt® conveyor belt through our unique vulcanization process. This strengthens the technical quality of the belt and makes detachment virtually impossible.

Like the cleats, the Hotcleat® cleats are integrated into Probelt® belts through our vulcanization process, making detachment virtually impossible and further improving reliability and durability.
