Working at LBS Conveyor Belts B.V. has always felt right. That is why, after a call from my internship supervisor about my graduation project, I didn't hesitate to return to LBS. To this day, I haven't regretted it for a second. It was intense, but I mainly learned a lot, and it helped me finish my studies in Logistics Management and get my first real job as Supply Chain Specialist.

Within my role, I mainly focus on improving and/or optimising all processes that take place between the delivery of raw materials/semi-manufactured products and the shipment of finished products to our customers. This is currently the case for the purchasing department. That is where my coworkers and I work on several different projects aimed at structuring, checking and improving the incoming flow of goods and stock control.
An environment where you are given the space and opportunities to develop yourself and make a positive contribution to the success of the company is what attracts me the most. Everyone is willing to help and work towards the best possible result as a team. Improving a little each day in terms of process, product and at an individual level.
