That is why, as an international account manager, it is incredibly important to me to build a good relationship with the customer. A relationship built on trust, which means we can bring out the best in each other.
Of course, I understand that each customer is unique. With my proactive and engaged attitude, I like to know what my customers are thinking. This is something I like to invest in. By communicating with the customer, sharing expertise and going on location to see the machine or the process that the conveyor belt is a part of for myself. This allows us to work on improving the product or process together. Custom-made with a pragmatic approach. Quality, knowledge, co-creation and innovation are the key words.
